Guest Experience!

Pre-registering offsite or onsite with smart phone QR Code scan offers smooth viewing and adopting.

REGISTRATION

Shelter registration QR Codes are posted in convenient locations or their website for guest scanning.

  • All guests pre-register onsite or offsite prior to pet viewing.
  • While onsite, obtain pet data from QR Code scan
    • Pet's personal information
    • Request visit with pet
    • Request pet adoption

PET VIEWING

  • Personal pet visit is initiated by touching the VISIT button after scan of QR Code
    • Instantly, a text message containing the Room ID and Cage ID is sent to assigned staff member
  • Use ADOPT button to send text message adoption request.
  • Pet data is safely stored in a secure cloud database for pet's life.
  • When adoption is complete, adopter will receive email about accessing the pet's permanent information online.
